Qualified Immunity

What is Qualified Immunity? This is a principle that protects corrupt, cops and governmental officials.

Something has to be done about this. Police officers can not kill, beat and terrorize people and not be held accountable for their actions. Just because they are police officers, they should be held to a higher standard.
